1974 Norton Commando 850

 1974 Norton 850 Commando -1: New Gas tank 2: New Carbs 3: Side plates Painted and new decals 3: New Exhaust 4: New tires -Bike was gone over by a guy that works on Norton's. -I would say the bike has been gone through and anything that needed was done I know he paid top dollar for the bike and spent around 2000 to put back in the shape that it is in. Got the bike and road it around the neighbor hood and can not get use to changing gears on the right side. Things I notice and will be fixed before the bike goes out Key switch works but it could use and new one put a togo switch that works but a new one will be installed before the bike goes out. Even thought the forks  where rebuilt they are leaking a little. going to have those rebuilt before the bike goes out.  Am taking it to the shop here and all repairs will be done I want someone from here to look over the bike and it will ride and drive and will be a turn key bike ready for the road. Looking at the bike it is a piece or art work and I have around 100 bikes Z1 H2 GTs I love them all. This should be someone dream bike gave a almost restore 1972 Kawasaki H2 had around 9500 in the H2 so I am in the 850 Norton on the high side.   If you want to see up close pictures of the bike type in shawn davis bikes.
