1973 YAMAHA YDS7

Here for sale is my 1973 Yamaha YDS7.

I have owned this bike a number of years. it has not been started in over three years.

I have been living abroad quite a while. so unfortunately it has been dry stored. but It ran perfectly prior to going into storage.

The bike is totally original as far as I am aware. even down to the original grey clutch and brake cables.

It is the model with the twin leading shoe front brake. which I'm told is "the one to have".

The carbs and tank were drained prior to storing. so no hard work should be required to re commission.

The bike will need a new battery.

The only negative thing to say is that there is a small amount of pitting to the front forks.

Other than the piiting the bike is in exceptional solid condition for its age. it would benefit from a real good clean!
