This state-of-the-art ex demo 3KW engine electric motorcycle runs at just 1p a mile.   It is safe. reliable. environmentally friendly and much easier to ride than conventional motorcycles with its twist and go throttle and hand operated disc brakes - no clutch. gears or foot brakes to worry about. At around a penny a mile. free road tax and low insurance. this motorcycle will save you a fortune in running costs. e. g. for a round commute of 18 miles you could save approximately ?3. 00 per year compared to the running cost of a medium-sized car. It has been ridden 180 miles (may increase slightly as might use 2 more days before the end of auction) and other than a mark on the front mud guard it looks and rides as good as new. Feel free to come and view - I'm happy to show you me riding it but I'm afraid no test drives as insurance issues aren't worth the hassle. This is an ex-demo machine that I bought from a dealer hence the great condition and low mileage - I'm only selling as the job commute I bought it for is now changing and it's just too good a machine to sit idle.

Bike had only covered 5 miles when I bought it from a UK dealer who had it registered as a demo model for potential customers. The battery has a stated life of 800 charges and must have well over 750 charges left to go. I have been quoted in the region of ?160 to re-cell the current battery when the time comes to replace it or of course you can pay more and buy new. I have used it regularly for a 20 mile round commute without issue but my commute is about to change and exceed the range of this bike hence the sale. When the time comes it will need an MOT but as it's all electric it will be a case of do the lights and brakes work.
