This is a 1 owner bike. Never abused, n fact rarely ridden. Great compression on factory original top end. Tires are the original equipment that came from the factory when I bought it new. As mentioned above, here is a FL title that is for highway use. If you plan to register it for on highway use it is the buyers responsibility to check local laws and regulations for their intended purpose. I am not saying you are able to do it in your state, am simply saying I was able to in FL.
