1949 Griffon Solex reducing collection Mobylette French Moped Motobecane

A very rare late forties early fifties Griffon . This is one of the rarest of the French Mopeds . I have not tried to get it running but it is complete and original so would make an easy restoration I am a time honoured Motorcycle Mechanic. having served my apprenticeship at Archers of Aldershot some 50 yrs ago. it starts very easy. These are reputed to average in the region of 300 miles to the gallon. I am downsizing my collection so will be listing more in the future
