JAWA TATRAN 125 SCOOTER - 1969 - ORIGINAL - CLASSIC - ELECTRIC START - MOT - CZ

Here we have a 1969 Jawa 125 Tatran scooter that's in mostly original condition. my son has been using this for the last year or so. he rode it to the big scooter fest in cheshire this summer and there's a picture of it in the scootering magazine. he's the one that wrote the bit on the back as nobody knew what it was!overall condition is good for a 45 year old scooter. there's various scuffs and scrapes around it as you would expect. i think they call it a "patina of age" these days. it taxed and mot's until next july but the tax won't go with it because of the new dvla rules. it starts and runs ok although it does need a couple of turns on the electric start switch to get it to go. i've been told that the brushes need cleaning on the dynostart unit? the screen is off a gsx suzuki but i have an original one that can go with it. the original rack is missing but i've seen them for sale on european ebay's. So there you have it! i've got the latest V5c logbook in my name. i would recommend you come and have a look if possible because as is often the case the pictures on ebay make it look better than it is. but i guess if you're looking at a restoration project it doesn't really matter?Please remember that this is being sold as seen and described.
