HI. WELCOME TO MY AUCTION FOR MY VIRAGO XV535. Its a 93 reg and in pretty good condition. I have owned it for about 18 months. but have hardly ridden it. It walked through this years MOT with the exception of replacing the rear break shoes and a new horn. I had also fitted new shoes to the front break before taking it in. so they are as new really. the only advisorywas the front wheel has a slightly distorted bead rim. Unfortunately it has running problems now. I have had the carbs cleaned and had the compression checked. the frontchamber is not as strong as the rear. I also had gear changing problems. this happened after I replaced the handlebars and the guys who look at it recon there is not enough roomto fully depress the gear lever. so different handle bars or gear lever needed.  SO. IT IS BEING SOLD AS A NON RUNNER AND WILL NEED TO BE COLLECTED BY TRAILER OR VAN. THERE IS NO WARRANTEE OF ANY KIND WITH THE BIKE. IT IS A PRIVATE SALE. On the other hand . you will see from the pictures that it is in good condition and low milage. its worth a few hundred quid as a donor/spares bike. even the box on the exhaust is solid (see last picture). so thats forth £150 alone. The frames solid. as are the tank. fenders. back wheel. tyres. side panels. even the seat is tidy and still a good shape. Or you may be mechanically minded/skilled and want to sort it out for a spare bike/winter ride or to sell on. either way you could end up witha decent option for a few hundred quid. Bike is SWORN. Hi. forgot a couple of things yesterday:

I only Have 1 key for the bike. It has crash bars fitted. It turns over and runs. battery is holding its charge (considering it has not been started or ridden for a while). ll lights and indicators are working. The local mechanic who looked at the bike does not carry a lot of electrical spares. so once tried no return/refund if they are not needed. o I did not go down that road. but this may be something to consider.  Carbs were also balanced
