Vintage Italjet M5 Late 70's

I got this little bike running 2 years ago but it still needs carb work. I'm listing it as a non running bike I did put new fuel in and kicked it over many times before posting this and did not get it started. I checked the spark and it has a hot spark. If you know Italjets then you know front wheel is not correct nor is side plate or rear fender or front number plate. I'm also including a parts bike that I think is called JC5. The JC5 motor turns over freely but is missing mag and side cover also has piston but no rings or wrist pin or bearing. Call or text with any questions or if need more pics. NO TITLE.
