1952 ROYAL ENFIELD 350 BULLET TRIALS BIKE NUMBER PLATE MAD102 MADE IN ENGLAND

This is an auction for my 1952 Royal Enfield 350 Bullet trials bike. I'm not going to write up the history of the Royal Enfield here. there is a perfectly good Wikipedia entry. This one was bought by my grandfather who used it regularly to compete in trials events.   When he died the bike was left to my father and now it's been left to me.   It hasn't been run for several years and the clutch is slipping at the moment so it won't turn over.   I was planning to strip it down and get it running but I don't have the space or the time.   If I keep the bike it will languish in my garage for ever.   It should go to a good home and be used again. It will come with a spare rear tyre.   The bike is tax exempt because of it's age. The bike is not running so you will have to collect it (which means you'll need a trailer or a van - I won't dismantle it for you while you drive down so you can pack it into your hatchback!)The bike has a great number plate: MAD 102. I have a reserve on this bike as I don't want to let it go for nothing. My terms and conditions:If you bid on the bike and win the auction please contact me within 2 days to arrange collection.   I'd prefer that you collect the bike within a week but if you talk to me I'm happy to hold onto it for longer (with a 5% deposit by PayPal).   If I hear nothing from you a week after the auction has ended then I'll re-list the bike.   Cash on collection is preferred to minimise PayPal fees but if you want to use PayPal then that's fine.   The auction decides the price.
