Suzuki GSXR 400R GK76A

Here for sale is my GSXR 400r This is on a G plate and has been a great bike to own and ride!Bike has been kept garaged and cleaned weekly used everyday to do a 2mile journey so 4mile round trip. never more! Due to back problems im selling the bike and i am very reluctant to do so! The bike is currently stored and battery has drained but everything works. This is a real head turner and not like most bikes out there a vast majority of the bike has been kept as original as possible apart from a couple of stickers and the wheels. It does have a few age related marks and scuffs which any bike of this age would have. Good Bits:Bike runs and rides great. New tyres on less than 100 mile ago. Strong in all gears at pulling no delay from throttle. New Clutch cable. Set of Gaskets (original from suzuki)Sits on a 750cc frame so it looks bigger than it actually is (suzuki made them this way)Great for a new rider with a full license due to engine size and power output. Bad Bits:Needs float in carb 3 setting. (common mikuni carb issue) as this has been letting fuel come out of the overflow and slowly drips while riding. enough to notice however not to prevent working. No MOT as ran out in NOV '14Exhaust needs a new baffle as current exhaust's was removed and unable to find. and also a new clamp for where it meets the downpipes. (great exhaust note though!)Needs handle bar clusters tightening (basic for any novice or experienced rider)These bikes are becoming very rare and like hens teeth to find 1- on the road and 2- in good. solid working condition! This bike needs a little TLC but is a genuine honest bike. Any more information i am happy to provide with as much as i can.
