1981 Suzuki GS650GL

I picked this up from a friend who got it from a storage locker auction. It will need work. I have too much stuff in my garage and something has to go. I have ridden the bike and it shifts through all the gears but hesitates. It overflows fuel from carb #2. I can hear a ringing sound radiating through the gas tank. I had the head cover off of it and #1 exhaust may have had a little too much valve clearance. I have the bike currently registered in Vermont in my name.
