Up for sale is 2 Suzuki t20's. The 1st bike has been completely restored and the other is in pieces and is needing restoration or can be used as a parts bike. I have many parts that come with this sale like spare fenders horns grips cables wheels coils new pistions with rings in box .etc. The restored bike was in really good condition when I bought it in its original condition and made for a great restoration . The restored t20 comes with 2 manuals a service guide a certificate of ownership and even some old paperwork from the last time it was registered in the 80's. From all the paper work I have on this bike I am lead to believe it's a 2 owner bike. I have paper work dating back to 1971 which has the same name on it as the 80's paper work and the guy I bought the bike from which was a elderly man said he had this bike over 10 years in his garage. The man I bought the bike from was the second owner. The bike was originally built on 10/02/68. Even though I have about 5 or 6 different key peices of original paper work on the bike I'm still not to sure of the milage but from how the bike looked when I got it and how the motor is in such great condition I can't imagine the bike having very many original miles. The only down part to the restored bike is that the head light bulb just blow and the tach/speedo is not original I bought it cause the previous owner lost the original when he took it off for what ever reason so the milage is not true but there's only 10 miles on the new top end so it really doesn't matter. Every part was taken off this bike and beautifully restored all the aluminum was polished and clear coated. The top end of the motor was rebuilt and refinished. New tires were installed. Really cool thing about this restoration is that the tank side cover and headlight needed no body filler. New rubber foot pegs new rubber on the kick started and new rubber on the shifter. We got really luckily that the original owners of this bike took such good care of it because all the chrome is original expected the nos head light ring. Even the seat is original to my knowledge. The grips are orignal and still looks good. The emblems are nos. The throttle cable brake cables and clutch cables are all new. The shocks are nos and look great. The front end lower legs are nos and the springs. Just so everybody is clear this auction is for 2 bikes one restored and one in peices that is not 100% complete. Please read the whole description before biding and ask any questions before biding. If you have any questions please feel free to call me or email me. My name is Brandon and my number is 424 400 1505.
On Jun-13-15 at 02:26:39 PDT seller added the following information:I forgot to mention I do have the chain covers to both bikes and that the parts/restoration bike is a 1966. For those of you who are not aware of what the Suzuki t20 is the t20's came out in 1966 and was made til 68. The t20 was Suzuki's biggest production bike back in 1966 when it came out and the first 6 speed production bike to hit the market. The t20 was also suzuki's first ever tubular frame meaning it was made out of round pipe and not sheet metal like all there previous bikes. Cool little fun fact about t20's even jay Leno was so impressed with the Suzuki t20 he added one to his collection.
