1976 SUZUKI GT 750 A LE MANS 2 STROKE TRIPLE KETTLE WATER BUFFALO

I am selling a Black 1976 Suzuki GT 750 A GT750A Le Mans. This is a 2 stroke 3 cylinder 750cc oil injected vintage street bike. This model is also known as the Kettle and liquid cooled water buffalo. This is a great looking bike that was loved and now it needs some TLC. The bike has 36437 miles on it. Please read the entire ad before bidding.

Engine: The bike is all stock. I have done a lot to it but it needs a little more tinkering to be a perfect running example. The bike has a New battery New points and condensers New spark plugs New carburetor boots New air filter and the carburetors were ultrasonically cleaned. I also added an in-line switch at the oil injection tank to turn it off while it is in storage. The bike is not running on all 3 cylinders it could be a point’s adjustment or the spark plug coils could be failing these are original. I don’t have the time to continue diagnosing. The bike has 140psi compression across all cylinders and I am sure a knowledgeable 2 stroke enthusiast could have it going in no time. It shifts through all gears with no problems. Everything on the bike works oil injection lights electric and kick start etc etc.

Body: Cosmetically the bike is in excellent condition. The previous owner did a partial restoration and spent lots of money on it. The gas tank and side covers were repainted and they look fantastic. I would consider the paint to be an excellent driver quality but not museum quality. Inside the gas tank is perfect. The bike has a NOS front fender and the seat is in great shape with no tears. The rear fender and mufflers have some pitting on them. The engine looks great. The bike could be polished up to look even better.

Examine pictures for condition.

Chassis: The tires are in good condition. The brakes work great. The rear brake light switch is broken and will need to be replaced. Both front and rear suspension feels good.

ACCESSORIES: The bike comes with a maintenance manual and a bunch of NOS miscellaneous parts including new cylinder head bolts levers and brake lines. I am including if the new owner wants them the luggage rack and black hard storage cases that came with the bike when I bought it.

This Bike must be picked up from Lowell MA 01852. I would like it picked up within 2 weeks. I have no problems with meeting a shipper but the buyer must set that up. NO PAYPAL accepted. If shipping the bike you can send a check and the bike can be picked up after payment has cleared. Or payment can be made in cash upon pickup.
