1979 Suzuki GS550L with Title - Project!

Up for sale is a 1979 Suzuki GS550L. This motorcycle is perfect for a bobber project or to rebuild and fix up! I personally have never driven or heard this motorcycle run. The motorcycle is currently a non running bike. I can kick it over and it turns freely. I put a charger on it and the gauges light up, eadlight turns on, linkers work etc. The only light I noticed thatdidn'tseem to work was the Tail light/brake light. Although the lights work at this time, would not guarantee that it would not need work done to it. Also, hen i push the start button it does not react, 'm not sure if this is a wiring issue, tarter issue or some other issue. The motorcycle appears to be 99% complete but see pictures before bidding.
When I purchased the motorcycle, his was what the ad stated:"Bike ran when parked several years ago, ut it will require new battery and cleaning of tank and carbs in order to run."
