Description

Suzuki Goose SG350 custom Cafe Racerfor lots more photos and also build photos please take a look on my flickr. https://www. flickr. com/photos/95296792@N05/sets/72157647949441016/these photos were only taken last week so the condition of the bike is as you see in the photosThis bike is very rare. it was acquired from Spain and is all registered and road legal for the UK. These were only available in Japan and are very desirable bikes. due to their rarity and for being renowned as handling brilliantly.  Full custom build. every part have been modified or restored. Full engine rebuild. with tons of new parts. see photographs on my flickrThe engine is the same as a DR350 motor cross bike. with larger carb and modified head. so are easy to find parts for.   I have had a custom exhaust system made for the bike. fitted a larger oil cooler. a custom Joy engineering cam. to name a few of the engine mods. As this is a motor cross engine and it has a custom exhaust. the exhaust system is loud and won't be to everyones taste but really suits this style of bike. I do have the original exhaust system I will throw in with the bike. The frame has been modified. I removed all unnecessary lugs for a smoother minimalist look. it has then been powder coated gloss black. The unsightly passenger foot peg brackets have been removed and remounted in side the frame rails. the foot peg hangers can quickly and easily be reattached for carrying a passenger. The wheel rims have been polished then I repainted the inners gloss blackrebuilt brakes. goodridge linesTyres have lots of life left in them. nbsp;repainted and rebuilt forks. new fork seals. he yokes have been smoothed and polishedcut down front indicators. polished head light brackets. repainted clocks and head lightcustom 1950s VW camper light cover. attached with leather straps. 1940s Harley Davidson style Grips. CNC brakes leversBar end mounted mirrorThe Petrol tank has been shot blasted and polished. then lightly sprayed it with water to encourage a little rust and then promptly had it powder coated clear. I then painted over this gloss black with a gold pinstripe. then applied 3 coats of lacquer for a deep gloss finish. he seat unit alone has had about a week of work put into it. using parts from the original seat unit I have molded it into a one piece seat pod with a smooth bottomed undertray. this has then been painted gold and gloss black. the rear light cluster is a one off custom made piece. he rear sets have been drilled and powder coated for a durable finishthe swing arm has had unsightly lugs removed then been finished in a satin black. I'm a big lad so have fitted a sv650 rear shock. this has really stiffened up the back end for me and also jacked it up a few inch which I love the look and feel off. I am sure I have the original shock lying around somewhere and will throw in with the sale (if i can find it)I have made a custom number plate bracket out of aluminium. it hides the number plate slightly inside the wheel for ground clearance when cornering. Custom Number Plate J46K RH . will be included in the sale. so if your called Jack or a 46 Rossi fan your in luck. The seats have been recovered in a brown tan vinyl. I really wanted to go with leather but vinyl is so much more durable and water resistant. Moted in June i think. and will have 6 months tax on it from June i thinkthere are very few flaws with this bike. theres maybe some stone chips hear and there but as you can see from the photos is in excellent condition. That is all I can think of for now. but if you have any questions please message me on here or drop me a text on 07526232184 The only reason I am selling this bike is that I am moving abroad. It has been my baby for the past year and I have covered thousands of miles on it before I took it off the road in August to rebuild the engine and give the tank and seat pod a fresh paint job for myself. but now i am begrudgingly going to have to sell her . I really hope somebody loves it as much as I have. Mileage on the clock is 32126. but take into account the freshly rebuilt engine. Feel free to contact me with any questions or offers
