1983 Suzuki FA50. Bay Area CA or ship

For sale is a 1983 Suzuki FA50 that is currently registered as a moped in CA (the plate and paperwork is the thing sitting on the seat in the photo) - transferring that to your name forever will be a one time $20 fee.  This FA50 is in good condition for the age - it has light surface scratches. rust. and some pieces (mainly the pegs) were spray-canned to match the body. It is missing a carb (they are luckily fairly cheap on here). It has spark and starts/runs for a short bit when carb cleaner or starting fluid is sprayed in the spark plug hole. but it is being sold as-is as a project. I was going to throw a carb on it + get it running/tuned + fill up the tires etc. but need to sell off a few projects as my financial situation has changed.
