Fully Restored Classic or AHRMA Vintage Superbike

  At ChiliPepper Racing we do more than build pure race bikes for the track. We fully restored this bike with the goal of streetable "show AND go" in Austin and for Hill Coutry "peg scraping. a sweet mid-sized package inspired by the Wes Cooley GS 1000s Suzukis of 79-80. It is not "cafe'd" or chopped up. it is an enhancement of the OEM design. The 6 speed motor was completely gone through by Suzuki of Akron with all new 650 top end components. cam regrinds. 5 angle black diamond valve job and mild porting with proper jetting enriched accordingly by shimming the needles and it runs perfectly and idles nicely with VM carbs: Smooth STRONG acceleration with that GS howl and zero popping through the new 4-1 exhaust upon deceleration. Every nut. bolt. seal. cable. bearing. pad. fluid. etc has been replaced and this bike truly has a NEW second life. Racetech suspension upgrades. bikini fairing. K&N bars and dual front disks with S/S brake lines. The zinc plating and paint job are above reproach in candy blue and metallic white. Engine finish is better than oem with new fasteners. polished swirl aluminum and clearcoat for ease of maintenance and years of FRESH shine. You can find a cheaper GS but you wont find a better one for the money. I've ridden. built and sorted more than a few bikes in my time and this one is becoming a favorite. plenty of power. midsized convenience. it CAME OUT EXCEPTIONAL. however. it must go to further our AHRMA efforts.
