Suzuki Bandit 600 96 Project

1996 SUZUKI BANDIT 600 PROJECT 95% complete

bandit has had the following done.

*R1 tail section with fairing tail light rear indicator and seat cowl tail tidy

*Carbon fibre tri oval street legal SP exhaust#

*DANMOTO black rear sets

*Belly pan / Custom radiator Fairing

*Billet fuel cap

*Custom front and rear brake reservoir

*Straight handle bars/ Black billet Mirrors

*Brand new front/rear brake discs

*New front brake O rings and seals

*New front/rear braided lines

*Fork seals and oil replaced

*New Air filter/K&N oil filter

*Replaced ignition coils(2nd hand)/ New spark plugs

*COSO digital speedo with present mileage.

*Custom headlight mask with Duel Low beam

*Custom cut front mud guard

*CUSTOM professionally welded clutch cover window

*Home paint job good but not the best.

*rubber manifold boot O rings replaced.

*front/rear tyre good tread.

*front/rear bearings replaced.

*recent chain/sprocket replaced 

95% DONE

WHAT IT NEEDS.

*front indicators

*high beams fitted if that's your preference

*needs a new battery

*needs grips as grips in photo not included

*needs a tank mount brackets under seat

*and needs a petrol tank tap repair kit as there is a small leak

*and the carbs need clean/repairing/setting up/maybe replacing

*We fitted a battery and the bike ran/ revved fine but has been sitting for 6 months since then.

we have since tried to start and run the bike it turns over and ran on choke but spluttered out when choke was turned off this leads me to believe the carbs need some attention.

there is no tax or mot and will need to be picked up as it can not be ridden away.

all engine numbers and frame numbers match V5 (V5 present and in my name) but colour of the bike has not been changed on the V5 yet.

REASON FOR SALE IS I NEED SOMETING FOR THE ROAD NOW AND DONT HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE TO FINISH THIS COULD BE AN EASY FIX FOR SOME ONE WHO IS mechanically MINDED. ENJOY
