1966 Triumph TR6C Cafe Racer

1966 Triumph Trophy TR6C 650cc. Ground up restoration in 2004. and then put into storage. Numbers-matching. all new replacement parts. Clubman tank. rebuilt original Ceriani Arces front end. electronic ignition and battery (replaces magneto). hand-built wheels with stainless spokes. rebuilt engine with less than 100 miles on rebuild. new Amal concentric. new Dunlop tires. all new wiring harness. plus much more. Comes complete as seen. plus original parts and original tank. original Mono Bloc carb. rear sets. receipts. manuals. and many more extras. The sale price includes all of the parts and accessories shown in the photos. I am the second owner of this bike. and purchased it from the original owner in San Francisco in 1994. In 2004 it was stripped to the frame. powdercoated. and restored as a cafe racer from its original scrambler configuration with all new parts and hardware. I have uploaded an extra large photo of the invoices. so you can see what was replaced. After restoration. the bike ran perfectly. but was ridden very infrequently for three years. and then put into storage on my property in 2007 with less than 100 miles on the restored bike. The nipples are still on the tires! It has been taken out once a year since then and kicked over. cleaned. and put back into storage. It was last started in October 2012. after draining the fluids and replacing them and charging the battery. The title is clear and clean in my name. pink slip in hand. but the bike has not been registered since 2007. This is a custom motorcycle. and although it is largely stock. some parts have been modified. There are no mirrors. gauges. or mufflers. The foot leverage bar on the center stand was removed to allow for rear set usage. wiring for the head and tail light are custom. and the seat is custom made with the electronic ignition and heat sink behind the seat under a plastic cover. Some modifications have been made to allow for the seat and tank to be mounted properly.
