1972 Triumph T100 Custom Cafe RacerI rebuilt this bike about 4-5 years ago. I use it as my weekend cruiser around the block. and I take it to shows and swap meets to help sell parts and tshirts. It's a real head turner. Every nut and bolt has been taken off and either cleaned or replaced. It was my dad's bike and years ago. he took the motor to someone to have some work done. the motor was stolen. This is a replacement motor he found for it. The frame is 1972 T100. the motor is a 1966 T100. Completely rebuilt top end New +. 060 pistons and rings. New valves and springsNew head gasketNew cylinder gasketCylinder honedHead and valves groundNew clutch basket and clutch disc'sJoe Hunt Magneto with new bearings and plug wiresCustom Cafe Racer Seat using original seat panNew battery. fuses and bulbsNew tires. tubes and wheel locksNew gaskets. seals. o-rings and copper washersNew wiringCarburetor rebuilt with stay up float kit - Amal 626Exhaust wrapCustom pass-thru side cover for exhaust. 1 off!Speedometer and tachometer are Smith's and are original to the bike. but do not operate. Tach drive is included. but high exhaust pipes prevent it from being used. 8" Rare drum brake up frontI have new bushings and spacers for front forks. yet to be installed. It's as close to new as you are going to find for being 50 years old. It's fun. it's LOUD. and it's the perfect bar hopper. I can go outside right now. 1 kick start it and ride where ever I want to. If you are looking for a trouble free bike. this is NOT for you. If you don't mind changing the oil. keeping the fluid levels right. lubricating this. lubricating that. repairing this. repairing that. cleaning the carb etc. this is PERFECT for you. You definitely will need some mechanical skills and tools to not only ride this bike. but maintain it as well. It's not a bike I would take on long trips. unless it was in a trailer. I have tried to describe this bike to the best of my ability. This bike is being sold AS-IS. WHERE IS. No Guarantees. warranties or refunds will be given. No repairs will be paid for. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask any questions before auction ends. Shipping and handling are solely buyer's responsibility. I can help out. meet shipper or do whatever to make it easy.
