1978 BMW R100/7 Ural Sidecar

This rig has been my daily driver for a few years and runs great. I’m selling it because I bought a newer BMW R1150rt and have no room in the garage anymore. Many sidecars are just the car bolted to the bike and call it good. however. this one was done professionally and has all the required accessories to provide for a reliable and safe combination. The Ural sidecar connects with a professional made subframe and adjustable mounts for fine tuning. This R100/7 also comes with all the gear for two wheeled riding including Krauster Luggage bags and rack and also a Luftmeister fairing and rear box. This bike runs great and has been kept up on maintenance. it is the oil cooler model. Recent Maintenance: New Odyssey battery New windshield New rear shocks New clutch at 67K New rear main seal Spline Lube Pushrod seal replacement Neutral indicator switch replacement Specs: Clear CA title Side car spare tire mount included Krauster Luggage bags and rack Luftmeister fairing and rear box Full subframe bracing for the sidecar with adjustable mounts Aftermarket deep oil pan Aftermarket chrome fuse plate Only 73000 miles Since this is my daily driver and it’s almost 40 years old. it does have some cosmetic ware & tare in the following areas: Gas tank has a small dent near the handle bars and some scratched paint Luftmeister faring some damage to the right corner Luftmeister rear box has a large crack and is missing the latch The latches on the Krauster Luggage bags don’t hold well anymore and the BMW logos have fallen off Some of the sidecar paint is flaking and it has a few dents in the front The rear backrest’s vinyl is torn The auction is no reserve so the highest bidder will win.
