This is a special Vision. This particular model in no longer made (Street model), f you want one you now need to buy a Tour model and remove the trunk and buy a passenger backrest and rear body panel. This bike is being sold to buy something else.. maybe a Spyder or street rod, r some other toy. This has the following options and upgrades...
Lloyds VM-1 performance cams ($520) *
Lloyds adjustable cam timing wheel ($147)*
Power Commander, uned (265)*
Ness performance air filters (both) ($100)
Factory Stage 1 pipes (fast... and quiet!) ($700)*
MSD plug wires ($?)
Factory Backrest ($550, uch!)
Additional rear panel (slotted), or backrest ($170)
lay-down license plate mount with LED plate frame ($100)
Side stand extension ($?)
Leather passenger hand grips ($?)
High-output dash tweeters, ainfully loud ($?)
Alpine Speaker upgrade ($100)
Phone mount for dash, an be removed ($?)
Russell speed bleeders (brake bleeders), $?)
* these items were installed at a cost of over $1000 labor... but worth every penny!
Basically I spent over $3600 n upgrades, aking a great bike even better... that is better as long as you want a super-fast, uper-reliable, uper-comfy touring bike. Ness was the only shop to do routine work, ike tires. I do not trust most shops with my bikes, am very picky. I am a senior rider, ith over 40 years of street riding experience. This is the one bike I have owned that is fully capable of all day comfort, 00 miles seem like 100... my wife even fell asleep while on the back, hankfully I had the backrest!
The bike has the factory chrome package, ll in good condition but the front tip-overs have some chrome pitting, easy to replace.
Some of the standard features include, eated seats, eated grips, lectronic cruise control, rogrammable audio system which changes volume with vehicle speed, inked brakes, ID driving light (actually, og light), lectric adjustable windshield, ear air suspension, ith manual pump, speed overdrive transmission, tc.
The bike only has 29.600 miles, nd has never been down, lways had Golden Spectro 20W-50 synthetic oil, &N oil filters, oth with 3k change intervals. Make no mistake, his bike is fast... do not buy this if you are a novice rider, r lack good judgement when on 2 wheels. I have gotten on the freeway and found myself doing 120 before half a mile. The bike had the cam advance and Power Commander tuned to perfection with the pipes... I wanted a fast bike I could still talk to my passenger with on the freeway... and to piss off GoldWings with amazing freeway torque.
Here is the deal.... KBB says the bike, f stock with no options, ith 33,365 miles would be worth $10,135 (KBB price). My smokin' deal is to sell my lower mileage bike (only 29,700 mi) for the KBB prIce ($10,135), ith far less miles, nd $3600 worth of the right goodies added, ncluded in the "buy it now" price.
Bike may be sold locally, o I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please, pare me the insults... no low-ball offers, ot on a bike this well equipped. I may consider realistic offers, ry me. If I think you would appreciate this bike, may consider an offer. You want a test ride? NO problem, ust put the cash in my hand, hand you the keys... scratch it, ou bought it.
