YAMAHA FS1E in fantastic condition!!!!!Registered as 49cc but fitted with brand new 70cc pot and pistonLow mileage  - 9. 62I have quite a few of the past MOTs and the one from 2004 shows that it has only covered 1000 miles in the last 11 years!!!Fantastic example of an icon in the motorcycle world. I bought this bike in February 2011 with the intention of completing a charity run to Scotland. Ended up with another machine (long story). As a result this bike has been dry stored for the last 4 years and only done 44 miles! I decided to fit a 70cc engine to give it that extra power and then got carried away with a complete strip down. The following new parts were fitted;New 70cc cylinder/pistonNew crank bearingsNew crank sealsNew engine casing seals/gasketsNew stainless casing nuts/bolts/set screws etc. New gearbox bearings/seals/gasketsNew throttle cables and oil pumpNew spark plugNew 6v batteryIn addition the following work was carried out:Brakes stripped and overhauledEngine casing and gearbox casing bare metal resprayCarb strip down and overhaul including new jetsAll electrics checked and in working order2 stroke system stripped and overhauledFrame paintedWheel and headstock bearings stripped and overhauledRebuilt with an eye on perfection but now has to go. Have built up too big a collection and have been told to downsize!!!Straight through the MOT yesterday and currently on SORN. Rode it back from the test station aware that still running in the new engine. Will probably need jetting once it has run in but currently starts first kick and ticks over well off choke.
