1979 Yamaha XT 500 Enduro

I am listing this for a friend. Its a Yamaha XT 500 Enduro. its in pretty good shape as you can see in the pictures. I do have the pink slip for it and it is currently registered in California. It runs pretty good. I drove it up and down the street then parked it on the grass to take the pictures that you're about to see. Everything works on the bike. lights. speedometer. The motor sounds nice and tight and it shifts through all the gears. This bike has a lot of torque. This bike is in very decent shape for being 36 years old. She is a rider. remember this bike is meant to be ridden and not just parked in the garage. Remember you are buying a used bike. it does have your normal wear and tear for its age. My friend who own does keep it up. Hey he rode to my house to take these pictures. Once we finished he drove off throwing a wheelie. I was really surprised he kept telling me about it and I wasn't too sure what to expect. a few days ago when we took these pictures was the first time I had seen it. I pictured an old clunker. and this is what he showed up with. Not bad. I asked him why he wanted to sell it and he tells me the same story everyone else does. he just doesn't use it. He said he's owned the bike for about 7 years. The bike will go to the highest bidder. So if you like it good luck. Buyer is responsible for setting up shipping.
