The bike came to us with several others from USA as a used but rust free example. we have striped bike to frame and started a rebuild for racing so no paint or polish was used! the pictures show our progress to date.  To briefly sum up we have completed;* Engine stripped. new crank bearings. new rod kit. new oversized piston and little end. cylinder 1mm oversized. powervalves stripped and cleaned. new gearbox bearings. new final drive shaft collor and seals. new gear selector shaft and seal. new gaskets and seals throughout. New front sprocket* New oversized rads* Boyeson Reeds and Ignition cover* New Gear Lever* Forks serviced and new seals + bushes* Shock as new ( original sticker in place )* Front and rear wheels cleaned. new bearings and seals. new tyres and inner tubes* New rear sprocket* New Headstock Bearings* New swingarm and Linkage bearings* New clutch cable and perch* New throttle cable* New Tecnosel period seat cover* New PlugPretty much everything except plastics is here to finish bike. the originals were damaged due to sun!  there is a bracket for exhaust that is missing and probably a few little bits but all major components are present and in good condition. Also included 2 large boxes of spares to go with bike. Tank. rear brake. new brake hoses. new gunner gasser throttle. original rads. exhaust. silencer. reed cage. Electrics spare rad hoses + everything else ive replaced including some old gaskets. Since the rebuild comenced we now have a spark issue. the stator. coil etc is removed from bike as i was going to test but worked stopped on YZ due to our workshop being stacked out.
