1981 Yamaha XJ 550 Maxim vintage Yamaha AHRRMA antique XJ550 street bike

1981 Yamaha XJ-550 Maxim in nice condition. Engine starts and runs good all lights workbrakes work nice too. Since the pictures were taken a few days ago I have installed brand new O-Ring chain and JT sprockets. The fork seals need replacing and a new set goes with the bike. I would estimate the tire tread to have approximately 20% life left. The clutch is brand new. It got new friction plates and new springs and works excellently.The paint is not original. Overall the bike is nice but NOT a museum piece!!I would be happy to let you come check it out and take it for a short ride. It is currently registered and insured in my name and has NO title issues.
