Yamaha CS5 200 Electric

For sale is my Yamaha CS5 200 Electric. It had the left side of motor down inside the electrics start on fire not sure why but gas leaked from the carbs down there and was part of the problem.(so that part will need attention.) Gas tank Is rusty and leaking. Tank is straight though but as happens rust takes over.. The jugs were professionally bored and New Pistons & Rings were installed. It Ran and idled Well before the problem..The 8000 miles are original Seat is nice & chrome is nice also. New battery also and a few other parts also.It cannot be ridden as is?
