1970 Yamaha R3 - 350cc - 2stroke - Very Rare / Super Bitchin Cafe Racer / RD 350

Gorgeous and Rare Yamaha R3. Made for two years only (69/70). This replaced the early YM & YDS 250/305cc series and preceded the very popular and common RD 350 & RD 400s.

• The bike is in very excellent original & restored condition, s the pictures clearly show.
• Nice 2 tone repaint - Clean inner tank with very minor surface rust
• Everything works as it should. Starts on 1st kick, uper strong compression. No leaks.
• All electrical works perfectly. including all indicator lights. Oil pump working perfectly.
• NOS light/horn/turn signal switch and wiring harness. After market cafe turn signals added
• All NOS cables, OS carb/air filter rubber boots.
• Beautiful original chrome, o pitting. Left muffler has small stain from what appears to be possible previous battery acid drip
• New super sport bars (little lower than stock) and clutch/brake levers
• Correct replacement speedometer/odometer. Original showed 27K miles but was not working correctly.
• Brand new vintage style tires and tubes. nubs still attached
• Lots of NOS bits and pieces as needed
• Custom vintage Yamaha cafe racer solo seat. Original seat pan and brand new "correct Yamaha seat cover" (with passenger strap) included. (seat foam dried out, eeds replacing)
• Carbs still need high speed jetting and a fuel/air adjusting to properly run at Denver altitude
• Paint could use a good polish to take out a few minor imperfections
• Clear Colorado Title
