1974 Yamaha RD350 matching numbers motorcycle.
Clean frame parts, andblast, rime, nd paint frame and all parts black. Clear coat frame and all parts (battery box, riple tree, ngine mounts, oot peg bracket, nd rear foot peg exhaust brackets.
Replace bolts with stainless steel.
New bronze swing arm bushings (replaced stock plastic bushing).
Replaced triple tree ball bearings with new tapered All Balls tapered bearings (includes new races).
Disassembled front fork tubes. Cleaned and replaced all seals. New rubber dust cover. Polished fork tubes.
New fuel selector valve.
New NOS gas cap.
Tank in good clean condition and coated with Caswell sealer.
New oil lines.
New Avon tires and new tubes front and rear.
New ignition trim plate.
New kickstarter and sidestand rubber.
New NOS Yamaha left side cover aluminum decal.
New oil tank window.
All parts primed, ilver base coat, nd sprayed with House of Kolor Brandywine Red.. All new decals applied and then clear coated.
New 530 chain with master link.
New dash light bulbs.
New rear shocks.
New 12volt battery.
Motor:
Fresh bore with new pistons, ins, eedle bearings and rings. All new gaskets, rank seals, lutch seal, nd neutral switch.
Carburetors have all new jets with fuel shut off needle and seats.
New spark plugs, oints, ondenser, nd timed to Yamaha specifications.
New coils, ires, nd caps.
All aluminum pieces polished.
