Controls: New Pilot Box Housing New Biltwell Kung Fu Grips New metal mirrors New Clutch Cable New brake cable New brake Lever Suspension & Wheels: New Shinko tires – front & rear New tubes – front & rear New brake shoes – front & rear New fork boots Changed front fork oil New rear wheel bearings Installed Yamaha V-Star XVS1100 shock (lowering the ride height approximately 2.5”) Electrics & Lighting: New metal turn signals – front & rear Custom tail assembly with new Lucas-style tail/brake/license light and license plate bracket New battery Body: Frame, wing arm, andlebars, ank, nd rims sandblasted and painted. New Chain Guard Custom upholstery on original seat pan with quick-release Clevis pins New metal logos on tank All plastics painted Shortened custom kick stand Engine & Carb: Carbs cleaned and rebuilt with new gasket, ilot jet bumped up one size, dle mixture screw plug removed and adjusted for proper idle. New Crank Case Gasket New Case & Cylinder Base Gasket New spark plug New Foam Filter and seal tape on air cleaner Exhaust replaced with later model version and spark arrester removed. Engine All maintenance done including oil change, ew filters and valve clearances set. Bike runs great and everything works as it should, ncluding the electric start. Currently has 4278 miles.
