Yamaha SZR660

YAMAHA SZR660I've had this bike since 2002 but it hasn't been used much. It's spent the last few years under a cover in my garage. I decided to sell it in 2012 andhad it MOT'd (it worked fine then) but never got on with selling it.  It's still in the garage. It's taking up space so I'm ready to let it go. It doesn't start but I dont think It'll take much to get it going - maybe a new battery andcarb cleaning. The bike is a rare model built by Belgarda (now Yamaha Motor Italy) to race in the popular European Super Mono series. the only class outside Moto GP to allow prototypebikes. It uses a modified TZR250R deltabox chassis and the popular Yamaha 5-valve 660ccengine from the XT model and used by MZ. Forks are Paoli. wheels and brakes Brembo. afranconi exhaust and Tomaselli clip-ons. Please contact me with any questions. Happy bidding!

Thanks for all the questions. 1. There's no reserve. highest bidder wins. 2. The engine turns over. I did get it to fire and run for about 30 seconds but couldn't get it to fire again. 3. The speedo reads mph. there's a gold colored converter on end of cable at front wheel. 4. I've never had a problem getting it mot'd.
