YAMAHA RD 350 LC SALE AGREED

 YAMAHA RD350LC Eurospec (from Germany) It is a 4L0 machine with matching frame and engine casing numbersThis is a Private Sale I am not a Bike Dealer of Collector Ive restored 20 plus LCs in the last 12  - 14 years as well as built bikes to orderThis auction is for the sale of a fully restored 350LC. It is available in white and blue as pictured or Candy Blue as I have another body kit painted.  Bike only comes with one body kit.  I have the German log book and bike is not yet registered in UK as the process is different between between N Ireland and UkI have literally just finished putting this bike together today and it has had a full restoration since April this year. As the last picture shows I have taken a series of approx 50 pics of the restoration in progress which will be included in the sale to the new owner ( This is a sample pic of a previous bike I restored a few years ago just to show what I mean)Details of Restoration Work UndertakenFrame checked for alignment and following that powdercoated in gloss black. which included swing arm stands subframe and a number of other cycle parts. New tapered Steering head bearings fitted . Front Forks have had a full refurb. and been stripped and rebuilt with new oil and seals. Wheels have been stripped and repainted with new tyres and tubes fitted. Rim edges have been polished. All other small or miscellaneous parts have been taken apart cleaned painted if required and refitted. All bolts removed and either replaced with genuine bolts or replated in zinc gold or olive green. All rubber gromets. chain rubbing strip and other wee parts like rear reflector bracket all replaced with new items genuine where availableBrake calipers have been stripped soda blasted and repainted. calipers have been fitted with new stainless steel pistons. new seals.  Hel brake lines and new EBC brake pads. Front brake mastercylinder repainted and new genuine seal kit fitted. New levers. grips. throttle slide. throttle cable. clutch bracket. lever and cable all replaced with genuine yamaha partsEngine - The crank has been stripped and rebuilt with all bearings rod kits (Longs rods) and a new web as well. Cylinders have been rebored to 1. 0mm oversize and fitted with new pistons. Clutch replaced. new water pump impeller bearing seal etc. new clutch worm drive and push rod. All other bearings. gaskets and seals have been replaced using good quality genuine items Including genuine head gasket. Exhausts have been soda blasted and repainted with PJ1 satin black. Black engine cases  - clutch and ignition covers powdercoated. Carbs stripped and vapour blasted and when reassembled fitted with keyester carbs kits. New oring chain and sprockets fittedBodywork prior to painting was either replaced or in excellent condition new tail piece and sidepanels used front mudguard and tank is free from any rust or filler. The paint job is as smooth as glass a real good job costing £400 on its own. I hope this gives you a good over view of the standard of the bike theres other new parts like clock covers. radiator grill. handlebars. indicators. gear selector shaft. gear lever and linkage etc etc etc. All locks operate off one key. includes full rear mudguard and uncut number plate holder.
