YAMAHA FS1E FIZZY

Welcome to the sale of my Yamaha Fizzy. I bought this bike 10 years ago as a project that my 14 year old son could ride at 16. sadly it didn't get completed so sat in my shed until 2012 when I registered it and decided to complete it! The frame was shot blasted  primed and painted. forks painted and rebuilt. wheels were stripped down to the hubs which were painted and fitted with new spokes. rims (rear Araya). new tyres (rear Michelin) and new bearings.   Engine stripped and rebuilt with new bearings and seals. cases painted. new 60cc kit fitted. autolube blocked off (runs premix). new points and condenser and carb cleaned and refitted. Bike is fitted with old style air filter holder and back to bare metal and repainted old style tank and side panels. Wiring checked out and new connections fitted as needed. New parts include -

Headlight. seat cover. chain and sprockets. battery and tray. grips. handlebars. mudguards. horn. indicators. brake. clutch and throttle cables. fuel pipe and filter and number plate.

This bike has had parts bright zinc plated as per photo's and is rebuilt with bzp or stainless fixings.

The bike is running on 20/1 premix (autolube pump and fitting inc in sale) and starts first or second kick and comes off choke quickly.

This bike has only been ran on a farm road to test and is nice and crispy as a two stroke should be and the expansion chamber is re-packable and modified to clear kick start. Carb jets and needle are standard and the bike has a full 12 months mot. Only reason for sale is I need the room for a new project (DT 175). Cash on collection only and viewing is available.

Forgot to mention on original listing. bike is fitted with a new style rectifier charging at 6. 2 - 6. 8v DC. large 21w bulbs fitted to the indicators to match new style 4 x 21+3w flasher relay. new clutch actuator fitted. stand feet lengthened. strengthened and enlarged. new Yamaha ignition with same key for ignition. helmet and steering lock. comes with large format appropriate wiring diagram and workshop manual.
