2007 Yamaha V Star Classic XVS 650 Salvage Light Damage Damaged Wrecked

2007 Yamaha V Star Classic XVS 650. Beautiful white pearl paint. Comes with 2 keys. Only 6781 miles.

This bike does have an ALABAMA SALVAGE TITLE which should be rebuildable in all states. But please know your state laws before bidding. I do not have an estimate to repair.

I believe the bike may have been in someone's carport when a tornado came through. But can't say  for sure. When I bought the bike from Nationwide Ins. Co. it was very dirty had particles of insulation and what looked like sheetrock all over it. But the bike cleaned up very nice and don't need much to repair. One of the saddle bags was missing. The right mirror is broken. Right turn signal lens broke and couple very small dents in the gas tank. Small dent on lower muffler. Couple scratches on windshield. Replace the mirror and turn signal and it should pass inspection. The dents are not bad enough to show up in the pictures.

I bought this bike back in May of 2012. I bought it thinking I would fix and maybe ride some. But it has been sitting in my shop since then and only in my way collecting dust. It went a long time without being started. I believe the carburetor needs cleaned because it is running rough now. It ran and drove great when I bought it. I did drain the old gas out and put new gas in. Also put on a new battery. It does run and drive now just mostly runs rough when cold. The tires are in great shape. This bike would drive home but again it does have salvage title. It drives straight. No wobbles or bouncing.

I have tried to list everything damaged on this bike and show all damage in pictures. But with any damaged vehicle some things could be over looked. You are welcome and encouraged to come by and inspect.
