YAMAHA RD350LC 4L0 1981 UK Non Matching Numbers

FOR SALE: Original UK non matching numbers Yamaha RD350LC 4L0. 1981 ?ˆ?W?ˆ? registered. The bike has undergone a full rebuild approx 5 years ago which included. Frame. swing arm. subframe & all associated items were stripped & powder coated gloss black. Other items were refinished in olive green. including the horn & clocks mounting bracket. kickstart & rear brake levers. The wheels were stripped. the rims & spoke edges polished. re-painted with 2k black paint & fitted with Bridgestone BT45 tyres. The fork stanchions have no rust pits & the sliders were polished. The speedo & tacho have been re-housed in new top & bottom covers. The handle bars were original Yamaha NOS (4L0 not 55K) & the top yoke was powder coated satin black.   The bars were fitted with new switchgear. grips & levers. The front brake master cylinder was powder coated & fully rebuild. The front brake calipers were also powder coated & fully rebuilt using stainless steel pistons & new seals. All the correct shims are fitted. The front brake system is fitted with original Yamaha brake hoses. A new radiator guard/cover. Yamaha throttle. clutch cable & wiring loom including indicator relay & self cancelling unit. were also fitted. The twin horns were also new original Yamaha items. All indicators were new genuine Yamaha complete with the correct olive green pinch bolts. The rear mudguard is full length & fitted with the original reflector & mounting bracket. The rear light/number plate bracket is also uncut. The rear grab rail was re-chromed. as were all fixing bolts that required the same finish. The seat is an original item & the base is in good condition with an undamaged locating fork. The plastic tool tray is present under the seat. so is the coil cover under the tank. The exhausts are in very good condition with no dings. dents or rash. The motor has recently been fitted with a fully refurbished crank. the barrels & pistons were checked & show minimal signs of wear. the bore size is 1. 0mm O/S. The barrels & head were painted with heat resistant satin black BBQ paint. The crankcases were vapour blasted. Both side casings have been powder coated satin black & fitted with original Yamaha olive fixing bolts. The 3 plastic covers. oil pump. clutch cover & adjuster. were all new. The carbs were fully dismantled. vapour blasted & ultrasonically cleaned. they were then rebuilt using new needle valves & seats. The rear suspension unit is an fully adjustable aftermarket Hagon item. The bodywork is in good condition but does show signs of use. the tank is solid & there are no repairs to the plastic panels.
