Yamaha XS850 Triple Bobber Project. Chopper Goldwing parts. Custom frame.

Up for grabs is my unfinished project. Frame is a professional custom made by an Irish company - cant remember the name.  It's an awesome frame. You can build a massive bobber on it if you likeThe engine is XS850 triple. It's a runner and in pretty good condition. The carbs need a clean. Had them done last year and the engine ran sweet. They need another clean now since they were not used regularly. Wheels. brakes. are GL1000 Goldwing. The petrol tank is Harley Davidson. Front suspension is also Goldwing but the yokes are custom made massive aluminium pieces that cost a fortune. Not shown on the pictures but I have cone air filters for it.  Theoretically you could just clean the carbs. put the new battery and run the bike as is but it is not a finished vehicle. Brakes need to be addressed although the calipers are working the brakes are a bit sticky but hey the bike has just been sitting there for months. There are odd bits and bobs that need doing. Nothing major but my plan for this bike was pretty ambitious. unfortunately it's not going to happen. I have the V5 for it. You can collect it from Luton LU3 and pay cash. Happy bidding.
