Yamaha FZR1000 EXUP 1989 Blue/White

I'm reluctantly selling my faithful bike after 18 years ownership due to health reasons. In true original Yamaha Blue and White colours it stands out in the crowd and. like back in '89 when the 'EXUP' hit the market being 'The bike to have' it still performs incredibly well thanks to the 'EXUP' valve. The EXUP valve helps deliver great performance over the whole rev range with the added superb handling is a treat to ride. Being 25 years old it qualifies for cheaper 'Classic insurance'. currently with an agreed value of £2500. 00 this bike is only going to increase in value as good examples like this are getting rarer. The tank paintwork is in excellent condition thanks to a Bagster tank cover having being fitted since I bought the bike and only removed for photos and refitted afterwards. This UK Spec bike has all original panels and almost as it left Yamaha in 1989 except for braided hoses. hugger. single seat cowl (see photo's) double bubble screen and a Datatool Series 2 alarm. Being maintained to keep it in excellent running order and kept in a centrally heated garage it has covered 49. 50 miles still starting first time. The MOT runs till June 19th 2015 (no advisories) and taxed till end March 2015. Dunlop Qualifier 2 tyres front and back in good condition. battery under 12 months old. last oil/filter May 2014 the bike is ready to ride away.
