yamaha mx 400 needs work parts or fix it

 im listing this 1975 Yamaha mx 400 just like I bought it I did have it running but needs the carb worked on needle and seet are not working right im selling it as is where is and it is being sold with a bill of sale only there is no title the bike has great compression the bike has the left side of the case by the front sprocket has been jbweled thechain came off and broke a very small part of the caes I have a full set of caeses that go with the bike so you can fix it ir not the clutch does seem too work the rear shock is springy the rear sprocket is junk the tires are in pretty good shape the air box is missing it has a kn air filter on it thses old bikes are getting hard too find handle bars are bent too im selling the bike as is the winning bidder must pay all the shipping cost and the shipping company must pick the bike up at my home I will help load it this bike is also listed localy for sale so I may end auction at anytime payment with in 7 days I don't have a working pay pal acc so payment must be made another way thanks for looking
