Harley Davidson Scat

My father bought this for me when I was a child and I learned how to ride on it. I do not have a title. I'm sure a title search could be done at your local DMV if need be. Just a fun restoration project. From what I know this was the first year of this model that lead to the development of the softail suspension for Harley. I tried kicking over the bike: it turns over but does not start. I had it running a couple years ago. It has been sitting for awhile (always garaged). It is a 2 stroke flat head motor. I also have a service manual for the bike too. It does have a new coil on it. Buyer responsible for shipping. I am moving for school and will not have any time or space to work on this motorcycle.
