The original GS. The bike that BMW built that many criticized and thought would never succeed. Today these are well sought after, s they are truly the bikes that kicked off the dual sport/adventure segment for BMW and established them as the leading adventure bike manufacturer in the world.

This particular 1981 BMW R80GS with Dakar fuel tank is in excellent shape. We took this bike in on trade from a great regular customer. Bike was well taken care of and ridden seldom. Bike has had a lot of work done recently and is very well sorted, eady to ride. You will be hard pressed to find a cleaner, etter running R80GS. Dakar tank in very nice shape with only a few minor paint defects as pictured. Side panels and front fender both great. The wind fairing was just installed new (OEM BMW) and painted to match the rest of the bike.

Payment Terms & Conditions A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end.

PayPal is not accepted for full payment (only for the $1000.00 non-refundable deposit).
There is a $179.00 documentation fee.
