This is without question the safest and most unique scooter ever built. It is extremely solid and very well engineered as you would expect from BMW. It starts first time. every time. As they only built a limited number between 2001-2003. the C1 has become a collectors item which is likely to appreciate it value over time. This scooter has only done 11. 00 miles from new and this was simply commuting to and from work in London. I bought the bike a month ago from its only previous lady owner. who bought it 11 years ago from BMW Park Lane in London.  I bought the scooter for my 17 year old son. but he has decided to buy a car. As a result I'm selling it on without ever having used it accept to drive it around a car park before purchase. As with most C1's this bike has scratches on the side fairing and one of the rubber shoulder bumpers has been broken off. I investigated getting this repaired and found a specialist who makes replacements for £100 per pair. The reason I did not get the repair done is because the spare parts are made to order with a lead time of 4/6 weeks. These replacements parts are much. much better than the originals. I can provide all the contact details to the buyer .  This is a really fun. practical and safe moped. It's perfect for commuting or safely nipping into town.
