Custom Trike Old School VW Springer Front End 1600 CC 4 speed Very Cooll Unique

 OK boys and Girls. here's something you don't see everyday. This is an old school custom VW Trike I have for sale. You buy this and you will definitely stand out in the crowd. It was actually built in the early 70's but got registered as a Composite bike in 1980 with a 1980  title in hand from the Sate of Ct. Runs great. handles like a trike should. stops on a dime. It has a 1971 1600CC motor and a 68 VW rear stub with a solid axle not independent rear. I bought this bike and it hadn't been ridden in about 4 years. We went through brakes. new battery. tuned it up. had the Holley Bug Sprayer carb. rebuilt. powder coated some of the parts. ut on a new exhaust which sounds awesome. and I had a local "old school" hot rod artist do the art work you see. If you don't like the Rat Fink. flying eye or flames. it would all come off easily without hurting the Gel-coat or Metal Flake finish. I had the art work all done recently. got caught up in the vintage look of the bike. My taste. but maybe not everyone's. it can be removed. It fires right up. clutch is perfect. shifts nice. stops perfect. Lights. horn. blinkers all work fine. It could still use some cleaning up. it had some surface rust here and there but it cleans right up without to much effort. I will keep tweaking it until it is sold. Rear rims are pretty rusted up. could use a new set. Real nice vintage twisted fork Springer front end with a nice rake to it. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. I was going to keep it and ride it but I just have to much stuff. I am starting this auction low with a low reserve. I can't find another one like it to determine a value. The new owner is responsible for hauling. pick up and delivery costs. I am requiring a 500. 00 Pay Pal deposit with in 24 hours of auction end. Balance in cash in hand or wire transfer. bank check.
