HONDA CB550 Cafe Racer Ducati

This is a Honda CB550 converted to cafe racer. It has a CT bill of sale with documentation from previous owner. It shows 6762 miles. It is converted to cafe racer but is a 1983 and still has electric start and maintains reliability. I purchased it in good running condition but it needed a battery. Since then I have relocated the electrics and purchased a sealed upgraded battery also mounted in the seat. The frame has a fresh powdercoat black on it. The tank is a genuine metal 1960s Ducati although the petcock leaks and needs repair or replacing. The tank lid looks like a NOS ESSO with italian letters. It has original Honda mag wheels and new Metzeler tires. The frame looks pretty much original (not cut up) it even has the original foot pegs and shifter linkage. The metal seat is painted to match the tank but there are a couple chips, hey probably can be fixed. There are no major repairs needed. There is new black crinkle coat on the valve covers, nstruments, nd other parts of the engine. The gas tank, eat, aint work and labor easily amount to the buy it now price. The engine looks like it has a new coat of paint. It was probably done at the same time the frame was powdercoated. That must mean the engine was removed, leaned and painted. A lot of work and money has gone into this bike. Duplicating this would cost many thousands and many hours of labor. All lights and electronics worked when I got it. I just relocated the electrics and wiring. It still needs some wiring, ostly soldering. I am busy and haven't had the time. There are a couple small bits of cylinder head cooling fin that were damaged although I still have them and they are repairable. It is a great looking bike but I don't have the time.
