Ownership History:

This bike has a history of interest to any collector of the Bar and Shield: Two of the three previous owners are employees of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and have taken particular pride in maintaining and preserving this special piece of Harley-Davidson history. The previous owner of 13 years was an assembly line technician who specialized in the assembly of springer front ends. That owner was an avid rider who took meticulous care of the bike by maintaining it to factory specs per the Softail Shop Manual which is included in the sale.

The current owner is also a Harley-Davidson employee who recognized the rarity of value of this model and its unique color combination. During the past year the bike was subject to a thorough detail and preservation, ringing its appearance to the highest level of show quality. It was featured at the Harley Davidson Factory’s Open House celebration in September 2015.
