WWII Military Harley Davidson - 42 WLA - Restored Original

We bought the bike in 1992 from a guy here in Tacoma - I rode it around the yard there for a minute & it runs like new when we picked it up. It's been in one of my garages since 1992 when we brought it back we took it to my house & I've had it all along.

I'm asking $26,900 for mine & feel that is very fair as a price.
I emailed with Dale Walksler of Wheels through time motorcycle museum - he also did a TV show "what's in the barn" on?velocity TV?. We picked this bike up from Vintage Motorcycles NW in Tacoma about an hrs drive from me. Steve White was there then & is still there remembers my dad. Steve also knows the guy who restored & sold this bike to us and some of the work may have been done at their shop. A buyer of my bike, f desired, an take it to that shop, ave it serviced there & they'll show you how to ride it & maintain it. We know where to get parts for them as well.
In my opinion - and my opinion alone - but I believe an investment in one of these vintage bikes will earn a far better return than the stock market. For some time now vintage autos & bikes & art work have way out performed bank & stock market returns.
Lastly - another bike similar to this one - a 42 XA which was one of 999 produced & I sold one in 1998 myself just sold this last jan. for $?28?,?6?00 at the Las Vegas auction.
