Cheap motorcycle hongdou cg 125 BSA disguise repairs project

Hongdou cg 125 03 reg in a BSA disguise. I was given this bike a month ago and was planning on putting it through a MOT but with my shed full and the opportunity of a old trials bike which has come up i need the space. All the bike needs for a MOT is the speedo cable needs fixing. the last one had broke so i purchased a Honda one but it doesn't seem to work on this bike. it may be the way iv fitted it. The bike Starts first kick but doesnt start from the button . must be a loose wire as iv replaced the starter solenoid relayThe bike was born in 2003 and has only done 8789 miles. It comes with new rear tyre and almost new tyre on the front. New rectifier. New starter solenoid relay. New rear light switch. New honda cg speedo cable.
