Honda CX500C 1980

For sale is a Honda CX500 custom from 1980.
The pros:
I have the OEM handlebars, ouble seat, ngine cage, adiator grill, ide panels, ront signal brackets and various other original parts that go with the CX500 Custom model. It just got a new rear tire. It's been running all summer and I put about 1000 miles on. It runs beautifully, its about 7000 rpm at 70 mph and will go faster. No falls. It's really the love of my life. ~33000 miles on the clock.
The cons:
The reason I'm selling is it has the capacity to be a beautiful cafe racer / tracker / bobber or a restoration which is why I bought it but I don't have the time to put in to fix it up. It needs work - a lot of the current mods are temporary aesthetic stuff. The rims and forks are plastidip black, s are the side panels, o will eventually peel. The pictured seat is an amateur job - looks good but is very rough and none too comfortable. The main problem and the reason I have to sell now is that there's an electrical fault somewhere and the bike has no power. Shouldn't be a big deal - the bike will bump start happily - but if someone else has more time and expertise with electrical stuff they should take it off my hands.
