This is a Honda Lead scv100 moped. The exhaust fell off over a year ago and I never got it repaired so it has been stood for over a year. The throttle is now a little sticky because of it been left for so long and the battery needs charging but it does still start well from the electric start when hooked up to a car battery. The kick-start is also seized up. maybe just need a bit of lubrication here and there. Would be a good project for someone who knows what they are doing to get it back on the road. No Tax or M. O.
