1970 Honda CL175 Custom Vintage Restoration Cafe Racer

Beautiful custom restoration of a 1970 Honda CL175 Scrambler. First year for this body style. Originally Candy Sapphire Blue. All chrome is excellent and undamaged including extremely rare scrambler exhaust. This bike has had a lot of work put into it. Only 50 miles on it since the restoration. Runs. shifts. and rides wonderfully. Clutch has strong engagement. Very fast and responsive motorcycle. Includes original CL handlebars. tail light lens. vintage (wing) key. Running Lucas Oil Additive and Seafoam. ISSUES: The only small issue is that the "green" speedometer neutral light is not working. I believe this is due to needing an inline resistor for the LED conversion in the gauge. or a bad neutral switch which I cleaned and serviced and it appeared good so I lean more towards the resistor or incorrect wiring on my part of the new gauge neutral +/-. A simple fix. I just don't have time. Also. the tank and side covers. while beautiful are not identically paint matched to the original Honda "candy sapphire blue" which appears on the headlight and fork ears. Its hard to see. but ((I am very picky)). If I was keeping this bike for myself I would repaint them the original OEM blue. However. picking the color of your new bike is really the funnest choice so it may be a blessing for a new buyer. TITLE. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: This bike is sold with a bill of sale. statement of ownership for the last three owners. and Arkansas State Police certification of VIN and Title inspection. The original title was lost by the previous owner. but with this certification it can be titled to you easily. Most US states only require bills of sale for vintage motorcycle registrations.
