honda cub 50 scooter 1969 ?

i believe this is a 1969  but might be a year or two off so if you know how to look these up by the vin i included it. this was used for years as vineyard transportation so it was never registered so there is no title and no backfees. this scooter takes a while to get started but once it dose it shifts through all the gears fine and and runs pretty good but could use a new top in gasket set. dose not leak any oil but did have the stud on the cylinder repaired on the intake side so it would seal. this would be good to restore and i'd say it's about 95% complete. i have a brand new battery that i will include with the sale but i have not hooked it up yet. this is sold as is and i can help buyer with shipping if needed.
